Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling marketplace operations, product listings, order coordination, online promotions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital platforms.Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and operate seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.</li><li>Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords).</li><li>Monitor daily sales, orders, cancellations, and returns.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for order dispatch and inventory updates.</li><li>Track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.</li><li>Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.</li><li>Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in E-commerce operations or online marketplace handling.</li><li>Experience in Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Shopify preferred.</li><li>Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Strong analytical ability</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Problem-solving capability</li><li>Time management &amp; multitasking</li><li>Understanding of online sales metrics</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
