Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Agency Management<ul><li>Manage and coordinate with external social media and creative agencies</li><li>Define monthly content calendars, campaign objectives, and performance KPIs</li><li>Review creatives, copies, and campaign executions to ensure brand alignment</li><li>Track agency performance, timelines, and deliverables</li><li>Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all social media agency communications</li></ul>Performance &amp; Digital Marketing<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms</li><li>Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, social media engagement, and overall campaign performance</li><li>Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilization</li><li>Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives</li></ul>Website Optimization (Shopify)<ul><li>Manage and optimize the company website built on Shopify</li><li>Improve website speed, UI/UX, conversion rates, and customer journey</li><li>Coordinate product listings, pricing updates, banners, and landing pages</li><li>Ensure website content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives</li></ul>Order Processing &amp; Backend Management<ul><li>Oversee online order processing, tracking, and coordination with internal teams</li><li>Ensure smooth integration of payment gateways, shipping, and inventory updates</li><li>Resolve order-related issues to ensure a seamless customer experience</li></ul>SEO &amp; Organic Growth<ul><li>Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies</li><li>Conduct keyword research and optimize product pages and blogs</li><li>Monitor website rankings, traffic, and organic performance</li></ul>Basic Designing &amp; Creative Support<ul><li>Create basic creatives for ads, banners, emailers, and social media</li><li>Work with tools like Canva, Photoshop (basic), or similar platforms</li><li>Coordinate with external designers/agencies when required</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights</li><li>Recommend data-driven strategies to improve sales and brand visibility</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>do you have experience in handling online order processing and tracking?</li><li>Have you run Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns before?</li><li>What platforms have you managed Ad campaigns on (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)?</li><li>How do you optimize campaigns for ROAS and CAC?</li><li>What experience do you have with managing Shopify websites?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Performance marketing: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
