Key Responsibilities

Social Media Agency Management

  • Manage and coordinate with external social media and creative agencies
  • Define monthly content calendars, campaign objectives, and performance KPIs
  • Review creatives, copies, and campaign executions to ensure brand alignment
  • Track agency performance, timelines, and deliverables
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all social media agency communications

Performance & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, social media engagement, and overall campaign performance
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilization
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives

Website Optimization (Shopify)

  • Manage and optimize the company website built on Shopify
  • Improve website speed, UI/UX, conversion rates, and customer journey
  • Coordinate product listings, pricing updates, banners, and landing pages
  • Ensure website content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

Order Processing & Backend Management

  • Oversee online order processing, tracking, and coordination with internal teams
  • Ensure smooth integration of payment gateways, shipping, and inventory updates
  • Resolve order-related issues to ensure a seamless customer experience

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize product pages and blogs
  • Monitor website rankings, traffic, and organic performance

Basic Designing & Creative Support

  • Create basic creatives for ads, banners, emailers, and social media
  • Work with tools like Canva, Photoshop (basic), or similar platforms
  • Coordinate with external designers/agencies when required

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Recommend data-driven strategies to improve sales and brand visibility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
