Job description:(Looking For a Flexible Worker available for the Morning and Night shift)Job Overview Teapresso Bar is seeking a passionate and reliable Barista to join our team! As a Teapresso Barista, you'll craft made-to-order drinks using fresh-brewed teas, organic ingredients, and customizable options that support a healthier lifestyle. We are committed to providing high-quality beverages and excellent customer service in a welcoming, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of fresh-brewed teas, lemonades, specialty drinks, and coffee-based beverages following Teapresso&rsquo;s standards and recipes</li><li>Engage warmly with customers, take customized orders, and answer any questions about our menu</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment at all times</li><li>Accurately handle cash and card transactions using the Clover POS system</li><li>Help manage inventory by tracking stock levels and restocking supplies as needed</li><li>Educate customers on our drink options, seasonal specials, and customization features</li><li>Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth operations during peak hours</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Interest or experience in beverage preparation (tea, coffee, or boba is a plus)</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices or willingness to learn</li><li>Prior experience in food service or retail is a bonus</li><li>Comfortable using Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems</li><li>Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure</li><li>Positive attitude and a team-player mindset</li></ul>Why Work at Teapresso Bar?
