Job Overview
Teapresso Bar is seeking a passionate and reliable Barista to join our team! As a Teapresso Barista, you'll craft made-to-order drinks using fresh-brewed teas, organic ingredients, and customizable options that support a healthier lifestyle. We are committed to providing high-quality beverages and excellent customer service in a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of fresh-brewed teas, lemonades, specialty drinks, and coffee-based beverages following Teapresso’s standards and recipes
Engage warmly with customers, take customized orders, and answer any questions about our menu
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment at all times
Accurately handle cash and card transactions using the Clover POS system
Help manage inventory by tracking stock levels and restocking supplies as needed
Educate customers on our drink options, seasonal specials, and customization features
Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Interest or experience in beverage preparation (tea, coffee, or boba is a plus)
Knowledge of food safety practices or willingness to learn
Prior experience in food service or retail is a bonus
Comfortable using Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems
Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
