Overview <p>An ideal candidate should possess the following requirements :</p><ul><li>Education : Masters in Finance</li><li>Certification - CMA or CA</li><li>Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing or ready-mix environment</li><li>Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of bookkeeping group reporting HFM and financial consolidation</li><li>Behavioral Skills : Detail-oriented analytical organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively</li><li>Language : Proficiency in English is a must; Arabic is an added advantage</li><li>Availability : Candidate should be available to join immediately</li></ul> Job Description - Accounts Controller Financial Management & Reporting <ul><li>Supervise maintenance of company books including Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable and General Ledger.</li><li>Process vendor payments and coordinate with the Treasury Department for execution.</li><li>Prepare monthly quarterly and annual group reports through specialized systems (HFM).</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors for timely finalization of financial statements.</li></ul> Cost Control & Process Improvement <ul><li>Monitor financial performance against budgets identify variances and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Recommend and implement improvements in accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.</li></ul> Leadership & Coordination <ul><li>Supervise and guide subordinates to ensure accurate and timely accounting operations.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Procurement Commercial Treasury and Budgeting teams.</li><li>Engage and communicate effectively with vendors and auditors.</li></ul> Health Safety & Environment <ul><li>Adhere to company HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture.</li><li>Conduct periodic site visits and report any HSE observations for corrective action.</li></ul> Technical & Behavioral Skills <ul><li>Hands-on experience with ERP and HFM systems.</li><li>Solid understanding of GL AP AR and cost control functions.</li><li>Knowledge of VAT and UAE compliance requirements.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>High level of integrity confidentiality and professionalism.</li><li>Strong ownership mindset with accountability for results.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Team player with leadership qualities and the ability to mentor others.</li><li>Adaptable proactive and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.</li></ul> Key Skills <ul><li>EAM</li><li>Economics</li><li>Access Control System</li><li>General Ledger Accounting</li><li>Conveyancing Paralegal</li></ul> Employment Type <ul><li>Full Time</li></ul> Experience <ul><li>years</li></ul> Vacancy <ul><li>1</li></ul>
