Tech4kidz is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to work with middle/high school students at the summer STEM program the following weeks:8:30-12:00pm July 6-10 and July 13-178:30-3:30pm July 20-24 and July 27-31The program will be held on the campus of Le Moyne College, Syracuse NY.Details of the position are listed below:Requirements:<ul><li>Experience working with students ages 10-15</li><li>Classroom management experience an asset</li><li>Comfortable learning new technology skills (paid training will be provided)</li><li>Background in computer science or math is an asset</li><li>Must be eligible to work in the US</li></ul>Job responsibilities and additional information:<ul><li>Teach in a classroom of 10-12 students (2 instructors per room)</li><li>Training and curriculum is provided - training will be virtual prior to camp start date</li><li>Lunch is included for the last 2 weeks</li><li>Topics include: coding, robotics, engineering activities</li></ul>We are looking for team players who are:* enthusiastic* energetic* enjoy technology and hands on activities* willing to learn new skillsResponsibilities:- ability to implement and deliver engaging curriculum to students in grades 6-10- classroom management and ensuring a safe and fun environment- flexibility and multi-taskingJob Type: TemporarySalary: $25/hour***** PAID TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED *****Job Type: TemporaryPay: $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
