Summer STEM instructor

Tech4kidz is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to work with middle/high school students at the summer STEM program the following weeks:

8:30-12:00pm July 6-10 and July 13-17

8:30-3:30pm July 20-24 and July 27-31

The program will be held on the campus of Le Moyne College, Syracuse NY.

Details of the position are listed below:

Requirements:

• Experience working with students ages 10-15
• Classroom management experience an asset
• Comfortable learning new technology skills (paid training will be provided)
• Background in computer science or math is an asset
• Must be eligible to work in the US

Job responsibilities and additional information:

• Teach in a classroom of 10-12 students (2 instructors per room)
• Training and curriculum is provided - training will be virtual prior to camp start date
• Lunch is included for the last 2 weeks
• Topics include: coding, robotics, engineering activities
