About the Role:We are seeking a motivated Software Quality Assurance Intern to support our QA team in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. This internship offers hands-on experience with real-world testing processes, tools, and agile development practices.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in testing web and/or mobile applications to identify bugs, errors, and usability issues</li></ul><ul><li>Execute manual test cases and document test results clearly</li></ul><ul><li>Help create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test documentation</li></ul><ul><li>Report defects with detailed steps to reproduce and collaborate with developers on fixes</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA review meetings</li></ul><ul><li>Perform regression, functional, and basic performance testing</li></ul><ul><li>Learn and follow QA best practices and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field</li></ul><ul><li>Basic understanding of software testing concepts and QA methodologies</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul><ul><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Attention to detail and willingness to learn</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):<ul><li>Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla)</li></ul><ul><li>Basic knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies</li></ul><ul><li>Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript)</li></ul>What Youll Gain:<ul><li>Hands-on experience in software quality assurance</li></ul><ul><li>Exposure to real-world software development environments</li></ul><ul><li>Mentorship from experienced QA and development professionals</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunity to convert to a full-time role (performance-based)</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
