What We Offer&middot; Medical insurance&middot; 100% employer-paid dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance&middot; 401(k) with employer contribution&middot; Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)&middot; Education reimbursement (related field)&middot; Employee referral and recognition programs&middot; Paid holidays and 15 days of paid time off (PTO) annuallyJob SummaryThe HR Coordinator supports the Talent function in full-cycle recruitment by reviewing and screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing pre-hire activities such as background checks, onboarding, and orientation.This role also supports offboarding activities, including processing separations and assisting with leave administration.Key Responsibilities&middot; Review and edit job descriptions&middot; Create job profiles and job requisitions in the HRIS/ATS and post open roles&middot; Draft offer documents for approval, obtain approvals, and present offers to candidates&middot; Schedule interviews with HR and hiring managers&middot; Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and candidates&middot; Administer background checks and ensure compliance (including pre-employment drug testing for safety-sensitive roles, as applicable)&middot; Process employee separations and assist with leave administration&middot; Support onboarding activities, including preparing for and hosting new hire orientation&middot; Support day-to-day operations of the Talent/HR team&middot; Enter and process new hires in the HRIS&middot; Support recruiting efforts for designated departments and/or locations as assigned&middot; Coordinate and prepare for recruiting events (e.g., career fairs)&middot; Maintain accurate HR files, records, and reports in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements&middot; Support performance review activities and maintain training/development records&middot; Assist with processing and responding to unemployment claims&middot; Coordinate and schedule exit interviews&middot; Handle employment verifications and liaise with external verification vendors&middot; Provide administrative support for work authorization/immigration-related documentation and processes (as applicable)&middot; Assist with planning and coordinating company events and employee engagement activities&middot; Support internal HR communications by distributing announcements, updates, and initiatives&middot; Monitor HR workflows to ensure necessary approvals are obtained promptly and accurately&middot; Manage a shared HR inbox, triaging inquiries and responding professionally and timely&middot; Serve as a primary point of contact for employees on HR-related matters&middot; Occasionally travel to other local sites to provide on-site HR support and serve as an HR liaison&middot; Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as neededEducation &amp; Experience&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field (preferred)&middot; 1&ndash;2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support rolesSkills &amp; Abilities&middot; Excellent communication skills&middot; Strong organizational skills and follow-through&middot; High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry/documentation&middot; Ability to handle sensitive situations with sound judgment and discretion&middot; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitaskJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
