Workday Analyst

Application Analyst &ndash; Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Primary) / Health Cloud Experience Required: 5+ years (including 3+ years in IT) Work Mode: 1&ndash;2 days/month to client's office Working Hours: 11:00 AM &ndash; 8:30 PM ISTKey Responsibilities: * Manage daily operations of non-clinical applications, from small service requests to large project implementations. * Assist with system troubleshooting, application implementations, and coordination of software updates. * Participate in system testing and validation, including development and maintenance of testing protocols and coordination with end users. * Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to support system functionality and ensure stable application performance. * Work cross-functionally to ensure the software application remains stable, optimized, and functional. * Develop and maintain documentation for system support; ensure compliance with established change management processes. * Participate in an on-call rotation, providing immediate response during off-hours when required. * Maintain and continuously expand knowledge in all relevant systems and applications through cross-training and self-education.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:* 3+ years of IT experience, with demonstrated ability to support enterprise applications. * Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.). * Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud is a strong advantage. * Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. * Solid understanding of operational workflows supported by IT applications. * Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and adaptable to rapidly changing environments. * Experience in application/system design, configuration, documentation, and testing. * Familiarity with ITIL or similar change management methodologies is a plus.Preferred Qualifications: * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable. * Experience working in healthcare or related industries. * Understanding of HIPAA, data privacy, and compliance-related requirements.Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 - 12 monthsPay: &#8377;70,000.00 - &#8377;90,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Salesforce Marketing Cloud: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Health Cloud: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level data models to support healthcare operations, analytics, and compliance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.</li><li>Work with IBM UDMH to design and optimize healthcare data models.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and build scalable models.</li><li>Optimize SQL queries and apply relational, dimensional, and normalized modeling techniques.</li><li>Provide well-defined data models to support ETL, warehousing, and reporting teams.</li><li>Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and compliance standards.</li><li>Document data models, metadata, and data lineage.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience8+ years as a Data Modeler or Data Architect.
