## Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on **AI/ML Engineer** with strong expertise in **Machine Learning, Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and Microsoft Azure AI platforms**. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered applications using modern ML frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-native technologies.

You will work closely with engineering and research teams to build intelligent AI agents, production-grade machine learning pipelines, and enterprise AI solutions while leveraging Azure AI services and modern MLOps practices.

## Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and deploy production-ready Machine Learning models and AI-powered applications.

* Develop and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

* Build intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows using modern AI orchestration frameworks.

* Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embeddings.

* Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications through REST APIs and microservices.

* Deploy and manage ML workloads on Microsoft Azure AI and Data platforms.

* Develop scalable ML pipelines using Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Services, and Azure Machine Learning.

* Implement AI safety, guardrails, monitoring, explainability, and Responsible AI practices.

* Optimize model performance through evaluation, experimentation, prompt engineering, and continuous improvement.

* Collaborate with Data Engineers, Backend Developers, Product Teams, and Solution Architects to deliver AI-driven business solutions.

* Participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs), innovation initiatives, and rapid prototyping.

* Follow software engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and MLOps standards.

## Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

* 4–5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML Engineering or Software Development.

* Strong programming expertise in Python.

* Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or equivalent ML frameworks.

* Experience building and deploying Machine Learning models in production environments.

* Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agent development.

* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI and cloud-native application development.

* Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.

* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience implementing enterprise-scale AI and GenAI solutions.

* Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Microsoft AI ecosystem.

* Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

* Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration.

* Familiarity with MLOps, model governance, monitoring, and Responsible AI principles.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently in a collaborative Agile environment.
