We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated HR Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about human resources and capable of managing daily HR operations while supporting organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.</li><li>Manage employee onboarding and ensure a smooth induction process.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.</li><li>Handle daily HR operations, administrative tasks, and employee queries.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with management to improve HR processes and workplace culture.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in an HR role or similar capacity.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>6 days a week</li><li>Shift timing: 3:00 PM &ndash; 12:00 AM</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable working in on-site settings with night shift timings? 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
