Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist

We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create visually appealing content that drives engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality graphics, banners, posters, and social media posts.
• Design engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content planning.
• Develop social media strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
• Edit short-form videos/reels and create animations when required.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media algorithms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Graphic Designer.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut preferred).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Working Days: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
• Timing: 12:30 PM – 09:30 AM

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
