 Mission:
 
 Lead the design and development of custom AI and automation solutions for TechPreneur&rsquo;s clients, turning real business processes into reliable, production-ready intelligent workflows.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Work with the founder and clients to understand problems and design AI-driven solutions.
 
 
 &bull; Architect and build LLM-based workflows, agents and tools to automate internal and client processes.
 
 
 &bull; Develop and maintain integrations with platforms such as Microsoft 365, LMS/CRM/ERP systems and other enterprise tools.
 
 
 &bull; Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions: prototyping, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring.
 
 
 &bull; Define technical standards, best practices and reusable components for future projects.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with product, delivery and customer success to support pilots, demos and production roll-outs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong software engineering background in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript.
 
 
 &bull; Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI (prompt design, RAG, basic fine-tuning, evaluation).
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience building APIs, webhooks and SaaS integrations, ideally with Microsoft 365 or similar ecosystems.
 
 
 &bull; Solid understanding of cloud platforms, security and data-privacy considerations.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to translate non-technical requirements into clear technical designs and deliverables.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Mindset:
 
 
 
 &bull; Startup-oriented: comfortable owning problems end-to-end and moving from idea to prototype quickly.
 
 
 &bull; Product thinking: designs solutions that can be reused and scaled across multiple clients.
 
 
 &bull; Strong communicator, able to work directly with business stakeholders and explain AI in simple terms.
