AI & Automation Lead Engineer

Mission: Lead the design and development of custom AI and automation solutions for TechPreneur’s clients, turning real business processes into reliable, production-ready intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the founder and clients to understand problems and design AI-driven solutions.

• Architect and build LLM-based workflows, agents and tools to automate internal and client processes.

• Develop and maintain integrations with platforms such as Microsoft 365, LMS/CRM/ERP systems and other enterprise tools.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions: prototyping, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring.

• Define technical standards, best practices and reusable components for future projects.

• Collaborate with product, delivery and customer success to support pilots, demos and production roll-outs.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong software engineering background in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI (prompt design, RAG, basic fine-tuning, evaluation).

• Proven experience building APIs, webhooks and SaaS integrations, ideally with Microsoft 365 or similar ecosystems.

• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, security and data-privacy considerations.

• Ability to translate non-technical requirements into clear technical designs and deliverables.
