About the Role:We&rsquo;re looking for an organized, proactive, and confident Junior Project Coordinator to support our Australian construction projects from the Mohali office. This role involves direct communication with clients, suppliers, and trades &mdash; ensuring projects run smoothly and on schedule.Key Responsibilities:Client Coordination<ul><li>Assist clients in selecting colours and materials as per builder guidelines.</li><li>Maintain and update client selection sheets and approvals.</li><li>Keep clients and project teams informed about progress.</li></ul>Supplier &amp; Trade Coordination<ul><li>Prepare and follow up on purchase orders.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and trades (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.) to manage deliveries and schedules.</li><li>Escalate any delays or issues to the project team.</li></ul>Project Documentation &amp; Support<ul><li>Track project updates, orders, and approvals using project management tools.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all documents, invoices, and selection sheets.</li><li>Support the Australian team with day-to-day coordination and reporting.</li></ul>Reporting<ul><li>Prepare weekly project and status reports.</li><li>Highlight pending actions, risks, or issues to management.</li><li>Assist in trade/supplier invoice processing.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Graduate in Construction Management / Business Administration / Civil Engineering (preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in construction support, coordination, or client-handling roles</li><li>Strong English communication skills (written &amp; verbal)</li><li>Knowledge of construction materials and processes</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoho/Asana or similar tools</li><li>Excellent organizational and follow-up skills</li></ul>What We Offer:Exposure to international (Australian) construction projects Health insurance &amp; monthly incentives Career growth opportunities Supportive and professional work environment 5 days workingJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
