Overview: Tech Solutions is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Level 1 IT Support Technician to join our team. This part-time position is primarily remote, with on-site field work up to twice a week or as needed within a 50-mile radius of Long Beach. You will be responsible for basic troubleshooting, client support, and occasional hands-on technical tasks.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide remote Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking</li><li>Perform on-site support and PC installations at client locations (typically 1&ndash;2 times per week)</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues</li><li>Install and configure IT equipment for clients</li><li>Maintain documentation through our ticketing system</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with clients</li><li>Demonstrates proactive communication, uses incisive questioning to surface business needs, and engages the right resources when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and general IT troubleshooting</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., desktops, small printers)</li><li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver&rsquo;s license for travel to client work sites</li><li>Must reside in or near Long Beach, California</li><li>Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Previous IT support or helpdesk experience is a plus.</li></ul>Schedule:Part-Time (16 hours per week)Job Type: Part-timeWork Location: Work from home/Remote and Onsite Client Visits (if needed)Pay: From $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
