<ul><li>Business Development:</li><li>Actively generate new leads and identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and market research.</li><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales quotas for solar projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Client Relationship Management:</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale support.</li><li>Understand client energy needs and provide customized solar solutions that meet their specific requirements and budget.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Technical and Market Expertise:</li><li>Conduct site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar installations, including roof analysis, energy usage assessment, and system design.</li><li>Possess a strong technical understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including components, installation processes, and energy production calculations.</li><li>Stay informed about the latest solar technology advancements, government incentives, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate information and competitive offerings.</li><li>Collaboration and Reporting:</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless project implementation.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and client information in CRM software.</li><li>Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market conditions to senior management.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with a significant portion in the solar or renewable energy industry.</li><li>Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to a non-technical audience.</li><li>Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and visit project sites.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with both residential and commercial/industrial solar projects.</li><li>Knowledge of local and national solar incentives, policies, and regulations.</li><li>Existing network of contacts within the solar industry.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: RemoteSpeak with the employer +91 9081333667
