We&rsquo;re expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team.Job DescriptionAs a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content across our social media platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and brand awareness.You&rsquo;ll work closely with the marketing team to showcase Techademy Skills&rsquo; educational offerings, student success stories, and academic expertise through impactful visuals and storytelling.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)</li><li>Create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and graphics aligned with brand tone and educational themes</li><li>Write compelling captions, blog snippets, and taglines for campaigns and promotions</li><li>Research current social media trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to keep content relevant</li><li>Monitor engagement metrics and suggest ideas for content improvement</li><li>Collaborate with educators and management to gather real stories, testimonials, and academic content</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media content creation </li><li>Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar design/video software</li><li>Excellent writing and communication skills in English</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Familiarity with Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and educational content is a plus</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience (Freelance / Monthly Basis)</li><li>Performance-based incentives and long-term collaboration opportunities</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Flexible hours</li><li>Minimum weekly commitment: 5 hour</li><li>Remote (Work from Home)</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their resume, portfolio, and sample social media work to:Join Techademy Skills and help us make learning visible, engaging, and inspiring!
