We’re expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team.

Job Description

As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content across our social media platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and brand awareness.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to showcase Techademy Skills’ educational offerings, student success stories, and academic expertise through impactful visuals and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and graphics aligned with brand tone and educational themes
• Write compelling captions, blog snippets, and taglines for campaigns and promotions
• Research current social media trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to keep content relevant
• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest ideas for content improvement
• Collaborate with educators and management to gather real stories, testimonials, and academic content

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation
• Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar design/video software
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and educational content is a plus
