The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and can manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ensure clean records, and complete monthly reconciliations.Mandatory Requirement<ul><li>⁠ ⁠Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) (must)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>⁠ ⁠Perform day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online</li><li>⁠ ⁠Record and categorize transactions accurately</li><li>⁠ ⁠Maintain proper bookkeeping records and supporting documentation</li><li>⁠ ⁠Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations</li><li>⁠ ⁠Liaise with internal team to collect and track *bills, invoices, and transaction details</li><li>⁠ ⁠Ensure bills/invoices are properly recorded against the correct transactions</li><li>⁠ ⁠Support basic reporting and bookkeeping clean-up when required</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>⁠ ⁠QBO experience (mandatory)</li><li>⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of bookkeeping basics (income/expense classifications)</li><li>⁠ ⁠Good attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>⁠ ⁠Clear communication and coordination skills</li><li>⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently in a remote setup</li><li>⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with deadlines (monthly closing/reconciliation)</li></ul>Work Setup<ul><li>⁠ ⁠Work From Home (Remote)</li><li>⁠ ⁠Part-Time (hours to be discussed)</li><li>⁠ ⁠Occasional onsite training sessions in Lahore (DHA Phase 8) if needed</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease share at hr@techanzy.com⁠ ⁠Your QBO experience (duration + examples of work you&rsquo;ve handled)⁠ ⁠Your part-time availability (hours per week + preferred working hours)Job Type: Part-timePay: From Rs30,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Lahore
