Techhood is looking for a Design Sales Team Lead to join our growing team!Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of Design Sales Executives.</li><li>Generate new business opportunities in design and IT services.</li><li>Communicate with international clients via calls, chats, and emails.</li><li>Oversee client requirements and coordinate with the design team for project delivery.</li><li>Develop strategies to achieve and exceed team sales targets.</li><li>Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships.</li><li>Monitor team performance and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Senior Sales Executive in IT/design services.</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.</li><li>Excellent English (written &amp; spoken).</li><li>Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Location: Block J, North Nazimabad, Karachi Shift: 05:00 PM &ndash; 02:00 AMJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Team Lead- Design Sales Unit
