Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage potential customers through calls, chat support, and digital channels
• Assess leads and collect relevant customer details accurately
• Keep records updated and organized within the system
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly lead generation goals

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Self-motivated with a confident and target-driven mindset
• Eagerness to learn and grow in sales and lead generation
• Basic proficiency in computer usage
