Cold Caller

As a Cold Calling Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in our sales pipeline. You'll be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of outbound calling and has a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients daily.
• Clearly articulate our [products/services] and their benefits to potential customers.
• Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and pain points.
• Overcome objections and rejections with professionalism and persistence.
• Accurately record and update prospect information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment setting targets.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new sales strategies and product information.
