Job Description: Open Source Developer (3&ndash;5 Years Experience)Position Overview Looking for a talented Open Source Developer with 3&ndash;5 years of experience in developing scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across ReactJS, Laravel, Python, Node.js, and open-source technologies. Candidates should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend modules, integrating databases, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and automation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Laravel, Python, and Node.js.</li><li>Build responsive and modular UI components using ReactJS.</li><li>Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.</li><li>Integrate and work with AI tools for development automation and productivity enhancement.</li><li>Implement REST APIs, ensure secure architecture, and follow best development practices.</li><li>Collaborate with design, QA, and project teams to deliver high-quality features.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth application performance.</li><li>Contribute to open-source practices, documentation, and code reviews.</li></ul>Required Skill SetTechnologies Needed:<ul><li>Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and other JS frameworks</li><li>Backend: Laravel, Python, Node.js</li><li>Database: MySQL (queries, joins, optimization), PostgreSQL</li><li>AI / Automation: Familiarity with AI tools for code assistance, workflow automation, and productivity improvement</li><li>Strong understanding of REST APIs, MVC architecture, and Git version control</li><li>Good debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
