Job Description: Open Source Developer (3–5 Years Experience)

Position Overview
Looking for a talented Open Source Developer with 3–5 years of experience in developing scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across ReactJS, Laravel, Python, Node.js, and open-source technologies. Candidates should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend modules, integrating databases, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Laravel, Python, and Node.js.
• Build responsive and modular UI components using ReactJS.
• Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Integrate and work with AI tools for development automation and productivity enhancement.
• Implement REST APIs, ensure secure architecture, and follow best development practices.
• Collaborate with design, QA, and project teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth application performance.
• Contribute to open-source practices, documentation, and code reviews.

Required Skill Set

Technologies Needed:

• Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and other JS frameworks
• Backend: Laravel, Python, Node.js
• Database: MySQL (queries, joins, optimization), PostgreSQL
• AI / Automation: Familiarity with AI tools for code assistance, workflow automation, and productivity improvement
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, MVC architecture, and Git version control
• Good debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
