Data Analytics, Monitoring, and Reporting<ul><li>Collect, analyze, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, utilization, and optimization.</li><li>Develop and distribute reports that highlight performance trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.</li><li>Implement data-driven recommendations through scripting or manual system updates.</li><li>Analyze surgical and procedural KPIs to support accurate charge capture and clinical documentation.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with operational objectives.</li></ul>Internal Audit and Quality Assurance<ul><li>Serve as the point of contact for all Bill-Only and Consignment documentation requests from Internal Audit.</li><li>Maintain organized records in accordance with audit and regulatory standards.</li><li>Conduct regular spot checks and usage audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data reliability.</li><li>Support quality assurance efforts related to product utilization, charge accuracy, and documentation.</li></ul>Vendor Coordination and Consignment Management<ul><li>Monitor and maintain consignment inventory levels and related documentation.</li><li>Communicate with vendors to adjust consignments as needed based on utilization and policy changes.</li><li>Build and maintain consignment PARs to align with contractual exhibits and inventory accuracy.</li><li>Submit item build or modification requests to ensure consignment items are properly reflected in systems of record.</li></ul>Bill Only Processing &amp; Charge Capture&middot; Reconcile bill only payment requests to clinical EHR documentation&middot; Submit any necessary item build requests required to process the bill only for a Purchase Order (PO)&middot; Approve and process all bill only payment requests that accurately reconcile to clinical documentation&middot; Ensure alignment between all documentation and charging systems to support accurate charge capture and revenueRecall Management and Compliance<ul><li>Capture and communicate product recalls in accordance with enterprise and regulatory protocols.</li><li>Analyze recall data to identify facilities or inventory at risk and coordinate corrective actions.</li><li>Submit required recall documentation to the appropriate enterprise document repository.</li><li>Support compliance with FDA, manufacturer, and organizational recall procedures.</li></ul>Expiration Management and Inventory Optimization<ul><li>Review expiring inventory reports to identify opportunities for redistribution or vendor exchange.</li><li>Collaborate with facilities to transfer or swap items nearing expiration to reduce waste.</li><li>Optimize PAR levels based on utilization trends, expiration risk, and facility demand.</li><li>Partner with vendors to facilitate replacement or credit for expiring products where applicable.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on data accuracy, efficiency, and supply chain performance.</li><li>Provide support and guidance to facility teams on informatics-related supply chain processes.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li><li>Adhere to the organization&rsquo;s Code of Conduct, Mission, and Values.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹303,016.78 - ₹1,105,470.54 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>CTC</li><li>ECTC</li><li>Notice Period</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Informatica: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Power BI: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Bill only processing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Hyderabad, Telangana (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
