This position is essential in fostering an organized, productive environment that empowers the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives and growth.Duties<ul><li>Schedule meetings and appointments.</li><li>Prepare, proofread, and transcribe documents, reports, and correspondence to ensure clarity and professionalism.</li><li>Take meeting minutes and disseminate to the team.</li><li>Coordinate special projects and manage vendor relationships.</li><li>Run errands locally.</li><li>Process paperwork and conduct email correspondence with clients, vendors, and teammates.</li><li>Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and ensure prompt, courteous responses aligned with company standards.</li><li>Conduct filing, data entry, and document management.</li><li>Address inquiries efficiently in person or via phone.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in executive administrative support or personal assistant roles with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for document creation and collaboration.</li><li>Adept at handling multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
