We are seeking a proactive and experienced Purchase Manager with a strong background in the facade industry to manage procurement activities and supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of facade systems, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong engineering mindset to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of quality materials.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end procurement process for facade materials and components.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.</li><li>Ensure timely procurement to meet project schedules without compromising on quality or cost.</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery conditions with vendors.</li><li>Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Monitor material inventory levels and coordinate with project and warehouse teams.</li><li>Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and manage purchase orders and contracts.</li><li>Coordinate with design, planning, and execution teams for seamless procurement.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in procurement within the facade, construction, or building materials industry.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil preferred) &ndash; special consideration will be given to candidates with engineering qualifications.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fa&ccedil;ade systems, aluminum, glass, cladding materials, and associated fittings.</li><li>Proven negotiation and vendor management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
