Job Responsibilities:Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.</li><li>Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication.</li><li>Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.</li><li>Support in creating and executing employee engagement programs.</li><li>Handle routine HR operations including leave management, attendance, and staff records.</li></ul>Performance Management<ul><li>Assist in the implementation of appraisal systems and KPIs.</li><li>Coordinate with team leads during quarterly and annual performance reviews.</li><li>Maintain performance documentation and follow up on improvement plans.</li></ul>HR Policies &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and local labor laws.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date employee files and records.</li><li>Support the HR Manager in policy development and enforcement.</li></ul>Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Assist in identifying training needs and organizing internal/external sessions.</li><li>Maintain training records and feedback reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a tech or software environment.</li><li>Familiarity with HR tools and ERP systems is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li></ul>Timings : 9 am - 6 pm Working days : Monday till FridayJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
