Hardware &amp; Equipment Maintenance<ul><li>Maintain and repair PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.</li><li>Support setup of new workstations, including cabling and network configurations.</li><li>Assist with preventive maintenance schedules for IT equipment.</li></ul>D. Plant System Support<ul><li>Support plant operational software and systems (ERP, attendance devices, production systems&mdash;where required).</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting machine-to-system communication issues.</li></ul>E. Job Description &ndash; HR ExecutiveLocation: Ghani Ceramics Ltd., Faisalabad PlantDepartment: Human Resources &amp; AdministrationReporting To: Head of HR / Plant ManagerPosition SummaryThe HR Officer will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations at the plant including recruitment, employee relations, attendance &amp; payroll support, compliance, and general administration. The role requires close coordination with the Head Office HR team and Plant Management to ensure smooth HR processes at the site.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Support in manpower planning in coordination with Plant Manager and Head Office HR.</li><li>Execute recruitment process for plant-level staff/workers: job postings, screening, shortlisting, and interviews.</li><li>Ensure proper onboarding and induction for new joiners.</li></ul>2. Attendance &amp; Payroll Support<ul><li>Maintain daily attendance record of all plant employees/workers.</li><li>Verify overtime, shifts, and leave records for payroll processing.</li><li>Share accurate monthly payroll data with Head Office HR.</li></ul>3. Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for employee queries at the plant.</li><li>Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in line with company policy.</li><li>Support employee motivation and engagement initiatives.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Record Keeping<ul><li>Maintain employee personal files and HR records (joining, leaves, contracts, disciplinary actions, etc.).</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, EOBI, Social Security, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Assist in audits related to HR and admin.</li></ul>5. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify skill gaps at the plant level and coordinate with Head Office for training programs.</li><li>Support execution of safety and compliance training sessions.</li></ul>6. Administration Support<ul><li>Oversee plant-level admin tasks (canteen, transport, uniforms, stationery, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with Head Office for procurement and admin approvals.</li></ul>Required Qualification &amp; Skills<ul><li>Education: MBA / BBA (HRM preferred) from FAST, COMSATS, UMT, UCP, UET</li><li>Experience: 3&ndash;4 years of relevant HR &amp; admin experience (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred).</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong interpersonal &amp; communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to work independently at site level.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:1. General Administration<ul><li>Assist the Admin Manager in all routine administrative matters of the plant.</li><li>Manage office stationery, supplies, and petty cash expenses.</li><li>Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and housekeeping activities.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repair work.</li></ul>2. Transport &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Manage company vehicles, driver schedules, and fuel records.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and logbooks for transport usage.</li><li>Coordinate employee pick-and-drop and official travel requirements.</li></ul>3. Security &amp; Safety<ul><li>Support the implementation of security protocols at plant gates and premises.</li><li>Maintain attendance and duty rosters for security and housekeeping staff.</li><li>Record and monitor material movement through gate passes.</li><li>Report safety or security incidents to the Admin Manager promptly.</li></ul>4. Employee Support Services<ul><li>Ensure proper arrangements for canteen, accommodation, and utilities (if applicable).</li><li>Facilitate employee attendance records and shift schedules in coordination with HR.</li><li>Support welfare activities and maintain discipline within the plant premises.</li></ul>5. Record Keeping &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain records of utility bills, vendor payments, and administrative correspondence.</li><li>Keep updated records of licenses, service agreements, and renewals.</li><li>Prepare and submit monthly administrative reports to the Admin Manager.</li></ul>6. Liaison &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with head office HR and Accounts departments for administrative matters.</li><li>Liaise with local suppliers and service providers for timely procurement of plant supplies.</li><li>Support coordination with government departments when required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in plant administration or industrial setup.</li><li>Knowledge: Office administration, transport management, vendor coordination, and record keeping.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
