Order Tracking & Dispatch Coordinator (Tiles)

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and record orders from Marketing team for Key OEMs

Track order status from production to packing and dispatch

Coordinate with Production team to ensure timely manufacturing

Monitor packing and availability of stock in warehouse

Plan and follow up on dispatch of material to customers

Maintain daily tracking report of all orders

Highlight delays and follow up for timely completion

Ensure correct quantity, size, and shade is dispatched

Coordinate for the solution of problems which customers may face (Logistic ,packing , breakages etc)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering)

2–4 years experience in operations / supply chain / dispatch

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Experience in tiles or manufacturing industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
