</div><div>Position Summary<br>
</div><div>
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Office Administrator to oversee the smooth running of our office and ensure the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a competent problem-solver with superb communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.</div><div></div><div><br>
Key Responsibilities<br>
</div><ul><li><b>
Office Management:</b> Ensure general management of the office by overseeing operational efficiency, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and managing facilities and equipment.<br>
</li><li><b>
Reception &amp; Communication:</b> Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).<br>
</li><li><b>
Administrative Support:</b> Provide a variety of administrative duties, such as generating documents, data entry, filing, and assisting colleagues and management with ad-hoc requests.<br>
</li><li><b>
Scheduling &amp; Events:</b> Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist with planning internal and external office events.<br>
</li><li><b>
Inventory &amp; Supplies:</b> Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, track stock levels, and place orders when necessary to avoid interruptions.<br>
</li><li><b>
Financial Tasks:</b> Assist with basic bookkeeping procedures, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.<br>
</li><li><b>
Compliance &amp; Records:</b> Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

Required Skills and Qualifications<br>

Experience:</b> Proven experience (e.g., 2+ years) in an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role.<br>

Technical Proficiency:</b> Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.<br>
</li><li><b>
Organizational Skills:</b> Outstanding organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with a high attention to detail.<br>
</li><li><b>
Communication:</b> Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.<br>

Preferred Qualifications<br>
