Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Office Administrator to oversee the smooth running of our office and ensure the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a competent problem-solver with superb communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Office Management: Ensure general management of the office by overseeing operational efficiency, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and managing facilities and equipment.

Reception & Communication: Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).

Administrative Support: Provide a variety of administrative duties, such as generating documents, data entry, filing, and assisting colleagues and management with ad-hoc requests.

Scheduling & Events: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist with planning internal and external office events.

Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, track stock levels, and place orders when necessary to avoid interruptions.

Financial Tasks: Assist with basic bookkeeping procedures, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.

Compliance & Records: Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience (e.g., 2+ years) in an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative role.

Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.

Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with a high attention to detail.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
