Overview <p>On behalf of one of our international clients, we are seeking a Mathods Manager (M / F) for a permanent position based in Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia.</p> Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and implement construction methods and procedures tailored to the specific requirements of the project.</li><li>Ensure detailed work planning in collaboration with operational teams, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.</li><li>Optimize resources and schedules to ensure efficient execution of the work.</li><li>Lead and support the resolution of production issues encountered on site.</li><li>Oversee implementation on the ground, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.</li><li>Actively participate in coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and rapid problem resolution.</li><li>Ensure effective communication with construction teams and other departments involved in the project.</li></ul> Profil recherché <ul><li>years of experience in traditional underground construction works, with specific expertise in project management (M-O). Significant experience in complex countries such as the United States, Qatar, and Egypt is required.</li><li>A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a good understanding of underground construction practices and project management methodologies.</li><li>Expertise in planning and implementing construction methods tailored to the specificities of underground projects.</li><li>Ability to mentor and train teams on best construction practices and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to work in complex and dynamic project environments, with a proven capacity to resolve on-site issues.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and planning software.</li></ul>
