Job description:Job description:Job Title: Talent Acquisition &ndash; IT RecruiterLocation: Vadodara Work Mode: Onsite Experience: years (or as required)Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various technical roles.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding</li><li>Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process</li><li>Provide market intelligence on talent availability and salary benchmarks</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>2+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment</li><li>Strong understanding of various IT domains and job functions</li><li>Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail and urgency</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment</li><li>Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing</li><li>Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>Interested Candidates can directly share their CVs via mail kanishka.mishra@tecnoprism.com on or can call on 9558640558Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
