Job Title: Talent Acquisition – IT Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and salary benchmarks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of various IT domains and job functions
• Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail and urgency

Nice to Have:

• Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment
• Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
