Overview:Pediatric Nurse Practitioner &ndash; Primary Care seeking an Indiana Licensed Practitioner (physician) to establish a Collaborative Practice Agreement in accordance with state requirements. This is a structured, low time commitment, low-burden collaboration designed to fit easily into an existing schedule.
