Collaborating Physician Needed for Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Indiana, Flexible/Remote)

Overview:

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care seeking an Indiana Licensed Practitioner (physician) to establish a Collaborative Practice Agreement in accordance with state requirements. This is a structured, low time commitment, low-burden collaboration designed to fit easily into an existing schedule. It is a written, administrative agreement.

Telemedicine/Telehealth-based practice anticipated.

Clinical Background:

• Decades of nursing experience since the 1980s
• Broad acute and primary care experience as a Registered Nurse
• Extensive telehealth experience (pre- and during COVID)
• Current focus on pediatric primary care within Scope of Practice

Collaboration Details:

• Fully remote collaboration
• Low time commitment
• Consultation available as needed
• No daily supervision required
• Flexible communication

Ideal Physician Partner:

• Active Indiana license
• Background in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Primary Care, Telemedicine, or Preventive Medicine preferred
• Open to a Collaborative Practice Agreement

Eligible Physician Partner:

• Physician licensed in Indiana (MD or DO)
• Other qualifying licensed physicians as permitted by Indiana regulations
• Comfortable with a low‑burden, low‑time‑commitment Collaborative Practice Agreement
