In this role, you will work collaboratively with Product, Tech, and Support teams to ensure a smooth, reliable, and high-quality user experience. You will be responsible for tracking issues, supporting feature rollouts, maintaining operational documentation, and ensuring platform readiness at all times.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor daily operations and performance of DiMi&rsquo;s web and mobile applications.</li><li>Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure timely resolution of reported bugs and issues.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Product team to manage feature releases and deployment timelines.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation related to platform operations, processes, and feature updates.</li><li>Coordinate directly with the users to resolve their issues on our platform.</li><li>Support onboarding and training for internal users and stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct regular operational reviews, providing data-driven insights to leadership.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, security protocols, and user support processes.</li><li>Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and escalate roadblocks where needed.</li><li>Assist in managing support channels and tracking user feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li>Available to work in Pakistan and USA Time zones.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, IT, Operations, or related field.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in tech operations, call center, product operations, or startup environment (preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of mobile and web application workflows.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar project management systems.</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary range of 60k - 80k.</li><li>Opportunity to work at the intersection of art, technology, and innovation.</li><li>Fast-paced growth environment with direct impact on platform success.</li><li>Collaborative and inclusive global team culture.</li><li>Room to shape processes and grow into leadership roles as we scale.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: RemoteApplication Deadline: 29/12/2025

As we grow post launch, we are expanding our team to better position our brand for rapid growth of our product community.Role OverviewAs Growth Manager, you will own the full growth funnel&mdash;from first touch to activation, engagement, and long-term retention. This is a highly hands-on role that blends structured experimentation, rigorous data analysis, and close cross-functional collaboration.
