Manager, Business Operations

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Business Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing finance, HR, administration, and overall operational efficiency to support organizational growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance function, including bookkeeping, accounts management, and taxation compliance.
  • Oversee HR operations, recruitment, and talent management processes.
  • Manage administration and provide operational support for smooth organizational functioning.
  • Drive process improvements and coordinate with leadership for scalable growth.
  • Ensure resource optimization, risk mitigation, and operational excellence across departments.

Requirements:

  • 6–7+ years of experience in business operations, finance, HR, or corporate services.
  • Experience in the development sector or social enterprise is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with analytical thinking and leadership abilities.

Role Details:

  • Position Type: Hybrid role

  • Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 200,000
  • Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
