Officer - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Officer – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring, and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates of hiring status.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with different departments to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding and other recruitment-related initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
