We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Officer – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring, and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates of hiring status.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding and other recruitment-related initiatives.
