HR Executive - Recruitment

Job Purpose

The HR Executive - Recruitment is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates, and supporting workforce planning aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from manpower request to onboarding handover
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment partners
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate communications and follow-ups
  • Support offer preparation and recruitment handover for onboarding
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Hiring Coordination

  • Coordinate with department heads on hiring requirements and job specifications
  • Track recruitment progress, timelines, and vacancy status
  • Ensure roles are filled within agreed deadlines and update the HR Manager on progress and hiring challenges

Recruitment Reporting & Improvement

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records, and candidate databases
  • Prepare hiring reports covering pipeline, status, and time-to-fill
  • Identify recruitment challenges and suggest practical improvements to sourcing and selection processes
  • Support initiatives that improve candidate experience and employer branding

Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively
  • Good judgment in screening and coordinating with stakeholders
