Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Assistant Manager – Recruitment with strong experience in recruitment consultancy/agency hiring.

This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, handle multiple internal our companies, successfully close mid-to-senior level positions while maintaining exceptional hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer negotiation
  • Understand internal company requirements and deliver quality candidates within tight deadlines
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Headhunting & Talent Sourcing:

  • Perform proactive headhunting for mid to senior-level roles
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CV Library, Glassdoor, and more
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline for urgent and niche positions

Team Leadership:

  • Monitor KPIs, daily targets, and daily, weekly, monthly performance
  • Train team members on sourcing strategies and communication

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:

  • Maintain and analyze recruitment data using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic Power BI
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and pipeline updates
  • Track hiring performance and identify improvement areas

Process & Compliance:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities follow company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Continuously improve recruitment workflows for efficiency

Requirements Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience (MANDATORY)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy/agency
  • Proven track record in headhunting, executive search, and Recruitment handling

Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and sourcing tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
