Manager Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (from requisition to onboarding)
  • Understand hiring needs with department heads
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews

2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn and Rozee.pk effectively

3. Employer Branding

  • Promote company as an employer of choice
  • Participate in job fairs, university drives, and recruitment campaigns
  • Improve candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers for job requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback
  • Ensure smooth communication with candidates

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain recruitment data and dashboards
  • Track KPIs like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
  • Generate recruitment reports for management

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure hiring processes follow company policies
  • Maintain candidate records and documentation
  • Assist in background verification processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Interviewing and assessment skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools & ATS
  • Time management and multitasking
  • Negotiation and stakeholder handling

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in FMCG / Retail / Manufacturing (if applicable)
  • Exposure to bulk hiring or corporate hiring
  • Familiarity with HRIS / ATS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs300,000.00 per month
