Junior HR Recruiter (IT Service) - Onsite

QF Network is looking for a ONSITE Junior HR Recruiter with proven experience in hiring for IT and creative service-based roles. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end recruitment, source high-quality talent, and handle multiple positions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

QF Network is a fast-growing IT and services company providing solutions in Web Development, App Development, AI Animation & Video Creation, Graphic Designing, Accounting, and Digital Marketing. We are expanding our HR team to support hiring across multiple department.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

· Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

· Hiring for Web, App, Design, Animation & Accounting roles

· Talent sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed & other platforms

· Resume screening and initial candidate interviews

· Coordination with department heads

· Maintaining hiring pipeline and records

· Meeting monthly hiring targets

REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience in recruitment (IT / Creative / Services industry preferred)

· Strong sourcing & screening skills

· Excellent communication skills (English required)

· Ability to handle multiple roles at once

· Target-oriented and fast execution mindset

· Candidates near office location will be preferred
