ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE MANAGER

We are hiring a professional senior accounts and finance manager

Experience in construction or furnishing industry

Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office and experience with standard accounting software packages. THIS IS MUST

Expert knowledge of Sage 50, Tally9, Quick Books Oracle E-Business Suite / accounting software, or be willing to learn ERP system of Company.THIS IS MUST

Ability to handle the complete accounting cycle from setting up chart of accounts through to processing transactions, bank reconciliations and preparing management reports.

Preparation and finalization of annually financial statement.

Maintain accounting records (invoices, expenses, purchases, payments, accruals, provisions, etc) in the Accounting Software.

Analyze, review, and audits overall general ledger and expense payable systems.

Processing and e-filling of annually Income Tax Return, Wealth Statement and annually W/H Tax Statements.

Processing and e-filling of monthly tax returns and withholding deductions.

Monthly comparative Expenses/Revenue analysis report for management information.

Administering accounts payable / receivable function.

Projects Costing & Estimation.

Monthly reporting: cash flow, financial statements and expense analysis.

Conduct month-end and year-end close process.

Preparing budget and financial forecasts.

Liaison with Auditors, Income Tax and Sindh Sales Tax authorities from time to time.

Key experience in Construction and Furniture industry preferred.
