Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a dynamic setting, whether in a fine dining restaurant, nightclub, or banquet hall.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.</li><li>Manage POS systems such as ToastPOS to process orders, payments, and cash handling with precision.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.</li><li>Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate interventions when necessary.</li><li>Assist with food service duties when required, including serving food items at the bar or during events like banquets or catering functions.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or special events</li><li>Must Learn all facility role responsibilities. On days worked solo you will be responsible for Bartending, Making food, serving and cleaning</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ToastPOS or similar systems ; experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.</li><li>Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and retail math proficiency for sales tracking.</li><li>Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing cocktails, and serving beer or wine.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or restaurants.
