Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as ToastPOS to process orders, payments, and cash handling with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate interventions when necessary.
• Assist with food service duties when required, including serving food items at the bar or during events like banquets or catering functions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or special events
• Must Learn all facility role responsibilities. On days worked solo you will be responsible for Bartending, Making food, serving and cleaning

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ToastPOS or similar systems ; experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and retail math proficiency for sales tracking.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing, mixing cocktails, and serving beer or wine.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or restaurants.
